Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We didn't know what happened? We woke up to an absolute disaster with a touch of Gold and Green. We think the Leprechauns made an appearance this morning, but were too fast for us to catch. Next year we're going to set a trap. We'll think of their favorite food and try to catch them. They must have had a party at our house and jumped on everything. Everything was out of sorts. They left us a trail of Gold and Green candies though. Boy we were excited to have something sweet to eat for breakfast. Here's what we found...Lookin' alive!Drake found the "Gold"
Wait---what is this? The milk is Green? Those crazy leprechauns...they really got things messed up. But the milk was sure fun to eat with our cereal.

Charly having a little taste of the green milk
Drake couldn't believe his eyes. "How did they do that?"

A trip to the Mountains

Our friends were so kind to invite a bunch of families up to their beautiful cabin for the weekend. We were at Winter Park where the weather couldn't have been better. There were 5 families and 13 kids. We were lucky to bring 2 girls to come and babysit while all the adults went skiing. We did leave the babies at home, so we missed having Charly around, but I'm afraid that the babysitters were probably very glad that we didn't have the babies there. They had their hands full, but they did a very good job. Charly was lucky to stay with her little friend, Molly Walton, and then was in heaven with her cousin, Gabbie. Thanks everyone who helped to make the trip a success--we just hope we'll be invited back next year.

The Big "31"

Mike had his 31st birthday last Thursday. The morning's are a little rough...as you can see we're all looking pretty alive. We always like to have a birthday breakfast and open presents in the morning so they can enjoy them all day.

Mike was very excited for this birthday!

How did he do that?

There's our sweet Charly...much better--all cleaned up with some clothes on!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!

We love you!
