Mike and I and Stacey and Garrett had the best weekend getaway to San Diego! We got tickets to the San Diego/Denver football game!! Oh boy were we the outcasts especially when we walked into the stadium (after walking a few miles just to get to the stadium) with the score not looking to good for the Broncos and also right as we walked in, Peyton Manning threw a pick and San Diego ran it back for a touchdown. People were yelling at us telling us to go home--as we were all decked out in our Bronco gear-but very proud bronco fans--I must say! It was a miserable game to watch until after halftime when Peyton Manning turned it on!! It was probably the most exciting game I have EVER witnessed!! I think it even made history with the amount of points Denver came back to WIN!! Needless to say those San Diego fans were a little upset and mostly very quiet towards the end of the game. No more booing us folks from Denver! It was amazing and I'll never forget it! We love hanging out with Garrett and Stacey, so all in all it was a fabulous weekend in Beautiful San Diego!!
